Data relating to the means of payment.
Our online store uses woocommerce, a service that allows us to offer our products and services for sale. The purchase data you provide is stored by woocommerce in a secure server protected by a firewall.
The payment data are connected to the AXEPTA payment server, a tool of the BNP PARIBAS bank. It benefits from a 128-bit SSL encryption throughout the transaction (including during the communication of the credit card number). BNP PARIBAS keeps the credit card information on its server: MADIVIN never has access to this information. For any authorization, our server proceeds to all the traditional banking controls: validity of the card, expiration date, opposition list, control number.
Accepted transactions are sent to the BNP PARIBAS merchant processing center
The payment process includes the 3D Secure system, which guarantees payment as soon as the cardholder is identified by a password during the transaction (for example, for a BNP Paribas cardholder, when placing a 3D Secure order, the cardholder fills in the standard fields related to his/her card. Once these fields are completed, the system sends a secret code to the cell phone registered by the bank. The cardholder enters this one-time secret code and the transaction is validated.)
In this case, the transaction can no longer be repudiated because entering this secret code formally identifies the cardholder.
